The location is fantastic, just a quick stroll to the corniche. The beds were super comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was here for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast. The location was convenient and absolutely perfect, within a close distance from Jeddah Fountain View. Besides, it was right by Jeddah, close to the Promenade of the Corniche and the Promenade of the Corniche.

I had a fantastic stay at the Vivid. The breakfast was amazing, and I appreciated the extreme cleanliness throughout the hotel. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the Corniche and lively Palestine Street. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. Plus, I found it easy to get to the Formula One race, whether I chose Uber or a taxi.

The location is a big plus too-really convenient for getting around the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and I loved the spacious room I was given. Plus, the breakfast was decent, giving me a solid start to my day.

There were a few hiccups. Check-in took way longer than expected, and I didn’t appreciate the wait. The restaurant options could definitely use some improvement; I was hoping for a wider selection. the gym wasn’t fully operational, which was a bit of a letdown. there’s potential, but there's room for improvement!

I spent two nights dealing with no hot water, which was frustrating enough. Then the ceiling started leaking all over the place! The maintenance crew was useless, making the whole experience a complete disaster. Never going back.

The toiletries and bathroom definitely fall short of a true five-star experience!!! A serious upgrade is needed to elevate this hotel to where it claims to stand. It feels more like a four-star hotel.
